E A P Services was formed by drawing experts from their various fields , with the sole aim of giving

specialized services in the field of architecture ,engineering , town planning , landscaping , interior

decoration etc. to fulfill the requirements of different categories of clients.

The firm is headed by Mr.Vijay Behari who has experience of twenty years in following fields fields

1. SCOPE OF WORK:

1.1 Visiting the site ,collecting details and data required for planning purposes.

1.2 Preparation of preliminary architecture designs for the approval of the employer.

1.3 Submission of drawing  details  for obtaining approval from local authorities.

1.4 Planning , designing and preparation of architectural working drawings suitable for construction.

1.5 Preparation of structural working drawings suitable for construction.

1.6 Preparation of working drawings for internal utility services such as:

• plumbing works (waters supply and sanitary)

• electrification

• provision of telephone/intercom etc.

1.7 Preparation of working drawings for external utility services such as:

• Water supply

• Sewerage and drainage

• Electrification

• Roads and paths

• Compound walls

• Landscaping

1.8 Preparation of detailed specifications and estimates based on current CPWD schedule of rates as applicable to the locality.

1.9 Preparation of tender documents for all works related to the project.

1.10 Assisting the employer in execution of the projects as per working drawings and specifications by periodic supervision of works.

1.11 Preparation of completion reports, plans , and submitting to local authorities wherever applicable.

A modern centrally air conditioned residence on an area of 2000 square meters is under construction

and in the last stages of completion.

INSTITUTIONAL

 Located in outskirts of Delhi at Shahabad , Daulatpur, spread on an area of 17 acres .

The school consists of :

• Exposed brick construction.
• Central courtyard system for good light and ventilation to every part of the building.

INDUSTRIAL

The company is at present involved in construction of two factories on G.T.Karnal road namely S.M.A

industrial area of Delhi. The clients are JAQUAR pvt.ltd who are pioneers in the manufacturing of

bath fittings and accessories and are widely acclaimed internationally. The design of the building

encompasses various requirements such as space( big spans), fire proofing, raw water treatment plants

and special electrical needs of the industry.

FARM HOUSES

Farmhouse at Budhpur village [photos]: area of the project is 12 acres

and it consists of :

• Swimming pools
• Glass house
• Gazebo
• Temple

Features of the project are:

• Landscaping of project with a number of artificially created water

bodies , fountains , dunes , pathways and exotic varieties of plants.

• Swimming pools with state of art water purification systems with

adjoining gymnasiums , jacuzzis and sauna baths.
